I started modding Budokai 3 CE too,but I'm really strugling to get the moded iso running.Earlier i didn't have this problem :S.
so, I don't get why they do. I mean, yeah it's kool to play as a fan character or something and have new shitte, but so far nearly all the mods I've seen/heard of based on Budokai 3 have not been all that interesting.
